EFEKTIVITAS MANAJEMEN PERUBAHAN DIGITAL PADA ORGANISASI PROGRAM STUDI BIDANG PERTANIAN: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract

Transformasi digital di pendidikan tinggi menuntut perubahan pada proses akademik,
administrasi, dan tata kelola. Walaupun teknologi digital membuka peluang peningkatan
mutu layanan dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, keberhasilan transformasi sering
berbeda antar institusi karena variasi kemampuan mengelola perubahan, kesiapan sumber
daya manusia, dan dukungan tata kelola. Tinjauan literatur sistematis ini menyintesis bukti
mengenai faktor penentu, mekanisme penjelas, dan kondisi batas yang memengaruhi
efektivitas manajemen perubahan digital pada unit akademik, dengan penekanan pada
relevansi bagi organisasi program studi bidang pertanian. Seleksi studi mengikuti alur
PRISMA dan menghasilkan 34 studi yang diinklusi dalam sintesis. Hasil sintesis
menegaskan dominasi tema kerangka manajemen perubahan, dukungan kepemimpinan
dan komunikasi, penguatan kompetensi dan budaya digital, serta kesiapan perubahan
organisasi, khususnya pada implementasi Learning Management System dan inisiatif
berbasis data. Namun, kajian yang secara eksplisit memusat pada program studi pertanian
sebagai unit analisis masih terbatas. Agenda riset yang disarankan adalah pengujian model
mekanistik pada level program studi, misalnya hubungan kepemimpinan dan komunikasi
perubahan dengan pembelajaran organisasi, pengelolaan pengetahuan, kesiapan
perubahan, dan keberhasilan implementasi digital.
