This section contains research papers, conceptual studies, and critical analyses in the field of law, including criminal law, civil law, constitutional law, public administration, international law, economic law, customary law, and other contemporary legal issues. Every manuscript submitted to this section must undergo a double-blind peer review process by expert reviewers in their respective fields before being deemed suitable for publication. The editorial board reserves the right to edit manuscripts without altering the substance of the content in order to align them with the journal’s style guidelines. Manuscripts published in this section are open access and indexed in accordance with the journal’s policy.
