Author Guidelines

A. General Provisions

  1. The submitted manuscript must be an original work that has not been previously published and is not under consideration by any other publisher.
  2. Manuscripts may be written in proper and formal Indonesian or English in accordance with scholarly conventions.
  3. Manuscripts must address topics within the field of legal studies, whether as research results or conceptual studies.
  4. Manuscripts must be submitted online through the journal's Open Journal System (OJS) after registering as an author.

B. Format and Technical Requirements

  1. Manuscripts must be typed using a word processor (Microsoft Word), on A4-sized paper, with a length of between 15–25 pages.
  2. Manuscripts must be typed in Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 line spacing, with standard margins.
  3. The structure of a research manuscript includes: Title; Author's Name and Affiliation; Abstract; Keywords; Introduction; Research Method; Results and Discussion; Conclusion (Conclusions and Recommendations); and References.
  4. The Title must be concise, clear, and informative, with a maximum of 15 words.
  5. The Abstract must be written in both languages (Indonesian and English), each 150–250 words, containing a concise summary of the background, objectives, methods, and results, accompanied by 3–5 keywords.
  6. Citations and references must be written using the footnote model and must use a reference management application such as Mendeley or Zotero.
  7. References should preferably be drawn from recent literature (the last 10 years), prioritizing primary sources such as books, scholarly journals, and statutory regulations.

C. Publication Process and Provisions

  1. All manuscripts undergo a peer review process using a double-blind review system.
  2. Manuscripts are screened for similarity using Turnitin/iThenticate, with a maximum similarity threshold of 20%.
  3. Authors whose manuscripts are accepted are charged an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 500,000.
  4. Published manuscripts are made available as open access under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license.
  5. The journal is published twice a year, in June and December.

Authors are encouraged to download and use the manuscript template provided on the journal's website to facilitate preparation in accordance with the journal's style.
