Abstrak
Kedaulatan rakyat dan demokrasi perlu ditegaskan dengan pelaksanaan Pemilihan Gubernur, Bupati, dan Walikota secara langsung oleh rakyat, dengan melakukan beberapa perbaikan mendasar atas berbagai permasalahan pemilihan langsung yang selama ini telah dilaksanakan, dengan perspektif Indonesia sebagai negara Demokrasi Pancasila. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penelitian kepustakaan yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Penulis menghasilkan Model Pilkada Pancasilais sehingga Pilkada langsung dapat dilaksanakan dengan memperhatikan kaidah-kaidah yang termaktub dalam Pancasila.
Abstract
The people's sovereignty and democracy need to be emphasized by the direct election of Governors, Regents, and Mayors by the people, by making some basic improvements to various problems of direct elections that have been carried out so far, with the perspective of Indonesia as a Pancasila Democracy country. The research is descriptive analytical with a normative juridical approach. Data collection techniques by means of library research which is then analyzed qualitatively. The author produces a Pancasilaist Pilkada Model so that direct elections can be carried out by paying attention to the rules contained in Pancasila.
