Abstrak
Kejahatan Narkotika merupakan kejahatan kemanusian yang sangat berat, mempunyai dampak luar biasa, terutama pada generasi muda suatu bangsa saat ini. Kejahatan narkotika merupakan kejahatan lintas negara, karena penyebaran dan perdagangan gelapnya dilakukan lintas batas negara. Sebagai negara hukum, kaitanya adalah bagaimana menegakan supremasi hukum memberantas peredaran dan penggunaan narkotika di Lubuklinggau.
Abstract
Narcotics crime is a very serious human crime, has an extraordinary impact, especially on the young generation of a nation today. Narcotics crime is a transnational crime, because the spread and illicit trafficking are carried out across national borders.
