Author Guidelines
Journal Justiciabelen (JJ) only contains research articles in the field of law. Articles sent to the editor have never been published or are not being submitted for publication in other publication media, as evidenced by the author's statement and included at the time of publication Online Submission
How to Write a Title, Name, Affiliate, and Abstract.
Title of the manuscript in Indonesian or English, in bold and capital letters (uppercase), font size 14, no more than 12 words, line spacing of 1 line, and after the title followed by the full name of the author (without title and without profession), affiliation, and e-mail, with a font size of 12 without bold. If there is more than one author, it is continued with a sign (,) followed by the name of the next author.
Abstract consists of two, namely abstract written in standard English consistently (American English or British English) and Abstract written in Indonesian, which uses standard words according to the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI). abstract is made in one whole paragraph without any bibliography or reference to tables and/or pictures, not more than 250 words written in Times New Roman font size 12, line spacing 1 (single), accompanied by Keyword (Keyword), at least 3 words, and a maximum of 5 words. The content should contain important problems to be solved, objectives, methods, results, conclusions, and should not be too dense with numbers. Abbreviation of words is not permitted unless the said word will be used more than once.
General Guidelines for Writing
Manuscript is his own writing, original has never been published;
The manuscript does not contain elements of plagiarism;
Publish paid articles in accordance with the provisions in Publication Fee/Article Processing Charge (APC) ;
Editor Journal Justiciabelen (JJ), received the research manuscript, through the online system by registering through the Operation Journal System (OJS) (with the link https://jurnal.elemen.ac.id/JJ), then registering as a writer

Manuscripts sent to the journal editor, if the manuscript does not comply with the writing guidelines, the manuscript will be returned to the author, before the next process is carried out;
The submitted manuscript includes several aspects, such as: Article Title; Abstract; Introduction; Discussion; Conclusion; and Bibliography;
Every writing of a person's name is in bold, and every foreign language writing is italicized;
The submitted manuscript consists of 10-15 pages, in A4 format, 1.5 spaced Times New Roman font size 12, and a border of 3 cm (right, left, top and bottom), using Microsoft Office Word program;
Manuscripts are equipped with author biodata, including: Name, College Origin, Email Address, Education History. All pages of the manuscript including tables, appendices, and references must be numbered sequentially. Each table or figure is assigned a serial number, title, and source of citation.
Quotes are referred to from trusted books, journals, papers, or websites. The minimum number of references used is 15 references, including 5 books with a minimum of the last 10 years, then 10 journals that are referenced with a period of the last 5 years. In the text using running notes, writing running notes can use Mendeley, or other citation applications, with the American Psychological Association 7th Edition citation style (APA 7th Edition Style), font size 12, Times New Roman font type.
Bibliography or Reference, this is in accordance with the quoted citation. The composition of the writing of the bibliography is as follows.

If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
