MENINGKATKAN POTENSI DAN KOMPETENSI SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR PADA PROGRAM KAMPUS MENGAJAR

ABSTRAK
Kampus Mengajar merupakan salah satu kegiatan pengembangan pendidikan dari program Kampus Merdeka, yaitu salah satu program unggulan dari Badan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Kampus Mengajar merupakan sebuah program yang mengajak mahasiswa dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia agar mau membantu memajukan dan mengembangkan sekolah, terutama dalam bidang literasi, numerasi, administrasi dan teknologi. Sekolah yang menjadi sasaran dalam program ini ialah sekolah-sekolah yang terletak di daerah 3T (Tertinggal, Terluar, Terdalam) dan sekolah yang masih dalam tahap pengembangan. Salah satunya Sekolah Dasar Swasta Pasirgede yang berlokasi di Dusun Pasirgede, Desa Cimarias, Kecamatan Pamulihan, Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat. Sekolah ini dibangun pada tahun 2012 sehingga baru beroperasi sekitar 8-9 tahun. Mahasiswa yang ditugaskan pada kegiatan Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 1 di SDS Pasirgede berjumlah 7 orang. Kegiatan di mulai dari tanggal 22 Maret 2021 sampai 22 Juni 2021, yaitu sekitar tiga bulanan. Adapun beberapa program kerja atau program kegiatan yang telah berhasil dirumuskan dan dilaksanakan selama kegiatan Kampus Mengajar ini berlangsung, seperti pojok baca, penghijauan sekolah, pembuatan perpustakaan digital, dan literasi senja.
ABSTRACT
The Teaching Campus is one of the educational development activities of the Merdeka Campus program, which is one of the flagship programs from the Agency of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Kampus Mengajar is a program that invites students from various regions in Indonesia to be willing to help advance and develop schools, especially in the fields of literacy, numeracy, administration and technology. The schools targeted in this program are schools located in the 3T (Disadvantaged, Outermost, Deepest) areas and schools that are still in the development stage. One of them is Pasirgede Private Elementary School located in Pasirgede Hamlet, Cimarias Village, Pamulihan District, Sumedang Regency, West Java. The school was built in 2012 so it has only been operating for about 8-9 years. The students assigned to the Teaching Campus Batch 1 activities at SDS Pasirgede totaled 7 people. The activity starts from March 22, 2021 to June 22, 2021, which is around three months. There are several work programs or activity programs that have been successfully formulated and implemented during this Teaching Campus activity, such as reading corners, school greening, making digital libraries, and twilight literacy.
