Majas dalam Novel “Seperti Dendam Rindu Harus Dibayar Tuntas” Karya Eka Kurniawan

Abstrak

Every writers must have a style of each language that will be characteristic of the himself. Therefore, this research have to purpose decribing figure of speech in novel Seperti Dendam Rindu Harus Dibayar Tuntas by Eka Kurniawan. This research using descriptive qualitative analizing. Data analysis is conducted through certain steps: study literature, identifiying, and writing the data. In novel Seperti Dendam Rindu Harus Dibayar Tuntas by Eka Kurniawan have the result or the findings of this research are the following conclusions: (1) majas perbandingan: 9 personifikasi, 2 simile, and 2 antonomasia; (2) majas pertentangan: 2 hiperbola and 1 litotes; (3) majas pertautan: 6 metonimia; and (4) majas perulangan: 1 repetisi.
