Sistem Pemesanan Layanan Desain Grafis Berbasis Web yang Dikembangkan dengan Kerangka Kerja Agile Scrum

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Gurafix, sebuah sistem pemesanan layanan desain grafis berbasis web menggunakan pendekatan Agile-Scrum. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada proses pemesanan konvensional yang kurang efisien dan tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik. Dalam proses pengembangan, sistem dibangun melalui empat sprint selama 40 hari kerja, dengan fitur utama meliputi pemesanan layanan digital, manajemen konten oleh admin, serta antarmuka pengguna yang terstruktur. Evaluasi kuantitatif dilakukan terhadap 10 partisipan dengan membandingkan durasi pemesanan melalui media sosial (manual) dan sistem digital. Hasil menunjukkan efisiensi waktu rata-rata sebesar 67,31%, dengan pengurangan waktu dari 15 menit menjadi 5 menit per transaksi. Selain itu, simulasi penghematan biaya operasional memperkirakan pengurangan pengeluaran tenaga kerja bulanan hingga Rp1.665.000. Sistem ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi proses layanan dan distribusi kerja internal, tetapi juga menunjukkan potensi nyata digitalisasi di sektor UMKM kreatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan sistem digital terstruktur berbasis Agile dapat memperkuat transformasi digital pada industri jasa berskala mikro.References
