Penerapan Ekonomi Sirkular pada Pengelolaan Limbah Konstruksi

Sektor konstruksi menghasilkan limbah padat dalam jumlah besar dari kegiatan pembangunan, rekonstruksi, dan pembongkaran. Pengelolaan linier melalui penimbunan konvensional di tempat pembuangan akhir menyebabkan degradasi lingkungan dan menipisnya sumber daya. Prinsip-prinsip ekonomi sirkular menawarkan alternatif melalui pengurangan, penggunaan kembali, dan daur ulang bahan konstruksi. Studi literatur kualitatif ini mengkaji bagaimana sirkular ekonomi mengubah pengelolaan limbah konstruksi menjadi sistem pemulihan nilai. Analisis ini mencakup keputusan pada tahap desain, spesifikasi pengadaan bahan, prosedur pemilahan limbah di lokasi, metode pembuangan limbah, serta pengembangan pasar bahan sekunder. Kerangka regulasi, insentif ekonomi, pelatihan tenaga kerja, dan kolaborasi sektor muncul sebagai pendorong utama. Aspek teknis meliputi peralatan penghancur untuk agregat beton, pemisah halus untuk baja, dan mesin penghancur untuk limbah kayu. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa transisi yang sukses memerlukan perubahan secara simultan pada dimensi teknis, kelembagaan, dan perilaku.
