Peningkatan Kemampuan Menulis Puisi dengan Metode Inkuiri

Artikel ini mengungkap bagaimana cara meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi dengan menggunakan metode inkuiri. Apakah penggunaan metode inkuiri dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi pada siswa kelasVII MTs Al-Manshuriyah Pagelaran lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran tanpa menggunakan metode inkuiri? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain control group pretest-posttest. Variabel penelitian yaitu variabel bebas berupa metode inkuiri dan variabel terikat yaitu kemampuan menulis puisi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII MTs Al-Manshuriyah Pagelaran yaitu kelas VII D sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas VII E sebagai kelompok control. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah tes esay. Uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan rumus koefisien alpha cronbach dengan alpha 0,732. Validitas isi dengan expert judgement. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan data penelitian berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa varian data penelitian ini homogen. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan menulis puisi antara siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran menulis puisi dengan menggunakan metodei inkuiri dan siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran menulis puisi tanpa menggunaka metode inkuiri.

This article reveals how to improve the ability to write poetry using the inquiry method. Is the use of inquiry methods in learning to write poetry in fifth grade students of MTs Al-Manshuriyah Pagelaran more effective than learning without using the inquiry method? This research is an experimental research design with a pretest-posttest control group. The research variable is the independent variable in the form of inquiry method and the dependent variable is the ability to write poetry. The population of this research is the VII grade students of MTs Al-Manshuriyah Pagelaran namely VII D class as the experimental group and VII E class as the control group. Data collection technique is an essay test. The reliability test was performed using the Cronbach alpha coefficient formula with alpha 0.732. Content validity with expert judgment. The results of the normality test show that the research data is normally distributed. Homogeneity test results showed that the data variants of this study were homogeneous. In addition, the results showed that there were significant differences in the ability to write poetry between students who learned poetry writing using inquiry methods and students who learned poetry writing without using inquiry methods.
