Penggunaan Model Bola Salju (Snowball Throwing ) dalam Pembelajaran Menyimak

Artikel ini akan membahas pengaruh penggunakan model pembelajaran yang disebut Model Bola Salju (Snowball Throwing) terhadap kemampuan menyimak siswa kelas VII Mts Negeri Kota Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan disain one group pretest-postest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata pretest kelas eksperimen yaitu 71 sedangkan pada posttest yaitu 85. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan uji-t pretest dan posttest menunjukan bahwa nilai t-hitung yaitu 14, sedangkan nilai t-tabel pada (d.b) n-1 atau 34-1 = 33 untuk t.s 0.05 yaitu 1,697. Dengan demikian, hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima, artinya pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran snowball trowing dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menyimak fabel siswa kelas VII D MTs Negeri Kota Sukabumi dibandingkan dengan metode Konvensional.

ABSTRACT
This article will discuss the effect of using a learning model called the Snowball Throwing on the ability to listen to students of VII Mts Negeri Sukabumi City. The method used in this research is an experiment with one group pretest-posttest design. The results showed that the average score of the experimental class pretest was 71 while the posttest was 85. The results of calculations using the pretest and posttest t-test showed that the t-test value was 14, while the t-table value at (db) n-1 or 34-1 = 33 for ts 0.05 which is 1.697. Thus, the proposed hypothesis can be accepted, meaning that learning using the snowball trowing learning model can affect the ability to listen to fable grade VII D students of Sukabumi City MTs compared to Conventional methods.
