Penggunaan Hormon Akar dan Hydrogen Cyanamide pada Perbanyakan Stek Mawar Mini dengan Sistem Pengkabutan Intermittent

Mawar mini merupakan salah satu tanaman hias pot, yang memiliki karakter vase life yang lama. Untuk alasan estetika, waktu yang lebih singkat, dan nilai komersial yang tinggi, maka lebih disukai perbanyakan melalui stek daripada okulasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu a). untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi ZPT (NAA dan IBA) dan Hydrogen cyanamide yang dapat lebih mempersingkat pengakaran dan pertunasan stek mawar mini; b). Untuk mendapatkan waktu yang tepat pada pemindahan stek berakar ke media tanam di pot. Percobaan dilakukan sejak bulan Juni s/d Desember 2009 di Balai Penelitian Tanaman hias (1.100 m dpl). Varietas yang digunakan untuk percobaan ZPT, yaitu varietas warna Merah, Orange dan Merah Marun.References
