Peer Review Process
Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Initial Review processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the Mitra Bebestari/peer reviewer and will go to the next selection by Double-Blind Peer Review Process and each article will be checked by two reviewers. After that, the articles will be returned to the authors to revise. These processes take a month (four weeks) for a maximum time. In the each manuscript, Mitra Bebestari/ peer reviewer will be rated from the substantial and technical aspects. They were experienced in the prestigious journal management and publication that was spread around the nation and abroad.
Open Access Policy
This Journal Hukum Mimbar Justitia provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
Publication Ethics
(JHMJ) Jurnal Hukum Mimbar Justitia, is a means of developing science in law with the publication of the results of research-based papers, reviews and book reviews (original). The following statement describes the ethical code of all parties involved in the Act of publishing articles in this journal, including authors, reviewers, editors, and publishers. This statement is based on the code of ethics refers to rules that have been on the set by the Editor (JHMJ) Jurnal Hukum Mimbar Justitia,. Among them:
Duties of Reporting
- Standards Authors: authors should present accurate report about the research articles, reviews and book reviews, which are conducted as well as objective discussion about kemanfaatannya. Researchers presented the results honestly and without fabrication, falsification or manipulation of data. The manuscript should contain sufficient detail and references to allow others to imitate his devotion to and research. False statements or willfully inaccurate is a behavior that is unethical and unacceptable. Manuscripts should follow the submission guidelines of the journal.
- Recognition source: Reviewers should ensure that authors have acknowledged all sources of data used in this study. Reviewers should identify the relevant publications of works which have never been cited by the author. Any statement that a particular observation, derivation, or argument has been previously reported should be accompanied by relevant quotes. Reviewers should promptly notify the journal if they find irregularities, have concerns about the ethical aspects of the work, be aware of the substantial similarity between the manuscript and submission to another journal or simultaneously published articles, or suspect that errors may occur during the research or writing and submission of the manuscript; Reviewers should keep it a secret and not investigating further in private unless the journal asking for further information or advice.
- Standards of Objectivity: phased manuscript submitted should be done objectively and reviewers should clearly express their opinion with arguments of supporters. Reviewers should follow the journal rules about specific feedback is requested from them and, unless there is a reason not to do so. The reviewer should be constructive in their review and provide feedback that will help authors to improve their manuscripts. The reviewer must provide advice that is clearly an essential part which must be added to support claims made in manuscripts that are being considered and that will strengthen or expand jobs.
- Disclosure and conflict of interest: information or ideas gained through peer review should be kept confidential and not used for personal gain. Reviewers should not review manuscripts where they have a conflict of interest due to the competitive, collaborative relationships, or other relationship with the author, company, or any of the institutions related to research. In the case of a double blind review, if they guessed the identity of the author tells the journal if this knowledge raises potential conflicts of interest.
- Accuracy: the Reviewer must respond within a reasonable period of time. The reviewer just agreed to review the manuscript if they are quite sure that they can restore a review in the proposed time frame or mutually agreed, immediately inform on journals if they need the extra time. When the reviewer felt it was not possible for him to complete a review of the manuscript in a specified time then this information must be communicated to the editor, so the manuscript can be sent to other reviewers.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)
For each article that goes on (JHMJ) Jurnal Hukum Mimbar Justitia is free of charge, from the registration process to the process of publication of the article.

A. BENTUK NASKAH.
Jurnal Hukum Mimbar Justitia merupakan hasil penelitian (research papers) baik dalam bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa Inggris.
B. CARA PENGIRIMAN NASKAH.
Penulis mengirimkan naskah melalui:

- Jika belum memiliki akun, silahkan untuk Register: https://jurnal.unsur.ac.id/jmj/user/register

Beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh penulis:
- Naskah yang dikirim untuk dipastikan bebas dari plagiarism (pengecekan dengan menggunakan alat iThenticate/Turnitin) dengan maksimal hasil cek plagiarism ≤ 25%;
- Naskah belum diterbitkan pada jurnal/media lain dibuktikan dengan membuat surat pernyataan (bermaterai);
- Pengelola menggunakan tools Grammarly;
- Artikel yang tidak dimuat akan mendapat pemberitahuan oleh pengelola dan dikembalikan naskahnya melalui email penulis.

D. SUMBER KUTIPAN.
Kutipan (referensi) disisipkan dengan menggunakan tools Mendeley dengan Turabian 8th edition (full note).
E. DAFTAR PUSTAKA.
Penulisan daftar pustaka disusun alfabetis, berisi minimal 50% artikel jurnal. Referensi utama selain Buku dan Jurnal adalah Peraturan Perundang-Undangan, dan Sumber Lainnya.
Disusun dengan melakukan insert bibliography pada Mendeley plug-in, dengan sistematika:
- Buku.
- Peraturan Perundang-Undangan.
- Jurnal.
- Sumber Lainnya.
Plagiarism Check
Plagiarism screening will be conducted by the (JHMJ) Jurnal Hukum Mimbar Justitia Editorial Board using iThenticate & Turnitin software. The minimum result of the plagiarism check is 25%, if more, the editor will send it back for correction
