PELATIHAN PENERAPAN STRATEGI PRODUKSI HALAL GREEN PRODUCT DALAM UPAYA MENCIPTAKAN WIRAUSAHA MANDIRI DAN MEMILIKI STRATEGI PRODUKSI

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan penerapan strategi produksi wirausaha halal green product. Permasalahan yang muncul dalam produksi produk halal ramah lingkungan adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan yang menyebabkan kualitas produk lokal tidak mampu bersaing di pasar nasional, regional maupun internasional. Dalam rangka mendukung pengabdian kepada masyarakat, upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat tentang produk hijau akan membantu usaha kecil dan menengah untuk mengetahui cara mengembangkan produksi produk hijau halal yang bersaing. Untuk itu, kegiatan ini akan memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan keterampilan strategi produksi produk hijau, sehingga nantinya mitra mampu mandiri dan memiliki strategi produksi. Keterampilan tersebut selain bermanfaat bagi diri sendiri, setidaknya dapat membantu meringankan beban ekonomi keluarga dengan memperoleh penghasilan dari produksi produk halal halal yang dikembangkan. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: implementasi pengetahuan produk hijau halal yang mampu meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku usaha dalam kegiatan wirausaha produk hijau halal.

 

ABSTRACT

This economic empowerment activity is carried out in the context of community service to the community who run small and medium businesses by providing training on how to implement strategies for producing environmentally friendly halal products. The problem experienced by small entrepreneurs when they produce halal green products is the lack of knowledge and skills about green halal products, so that the products produced are not able to compete widely both domestically and abroad. this activity is the community empowerment of small entrepreneurs who are oriented towards green halal products that can improve their economy. training steps starting from evaluating the products produced, providing training to improve the skills of small entrepreneurs, and how to formulate strategies to increase the production of green halal products that are able to compete in the market, and improve the economy of small entrepreneurs. The outcomes from this community service activity are the implementation of halal green products that are able to increase income.
