Internasionalisasi Kurikulum Hukum Berbasis Nilai Lokal: Upaya Penguatan Identitas Hukum Indonesia Dalam Konektivitas Global

Abstract

ABSTRAK Internasionalisasi pendidikan hukum di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan mendasar: bagaimana mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai lokal ke dalam kurikulum yang berorientasi global. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan model kurikulum hukum yang bersifat glokal—menggabungkan standar internasional dengan nilai musyawarah, hukum adat, dan etika sosial khas Nusantara. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis tematik terhadap dokumen kebijakan, literatur akademik, dan hasil seminar kepemimpinan hukum, ditemukan bahwa nilai lokal tidak hanya kompatibel dengan prinsip global, tetapi juga memperkaya dimensi moral dan sosial dalam pendidikan hukum. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa internasionalisasi bukan proses penyeragaman, melainkan dialog aktif antara konteks lokal dan global. Kurikulum hukum yang mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal berpotensi menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya kompeten secara teknis, tetapi juga memiliki kepekaan sosial dan etika kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan modul hukum adat, studi kasus berbasis musyawarah komunitas, dan pelatihan etika hukum sebagai bagian dari strategi internasionalisasi yang berakar pada identitas hukum nasional. ABSTRACT The internationalization of legal education in Indonesia faces a fundamental challenge: integrating local values into globally oriented curricula. This study aims to formulate a glocal legal curriculum model that combines international standards with indigenous values such as deliberation, customary law, and social ethics rooted in the Nusantara tradition. Using a qualitative approach and thematic analysis of policy documents, academic literature, and insights from legal leadership seminars, the findings reveal that local values are not only compatible with global principles but also enrich the moral and social dimensions of legal education. The study argues that internationalization should not be viewed as homogenization, but rather as an active dialogue between local and global contexts. A legal curriculum that incorporates local wisdom has the potential to produce graduates who are not only technically proficient but also socially sensitive and ethically grounded. The study recommends the development of customary law modules, community-based deliberation case studies, and ethics training as part of an internationalization strategy rooted in national legal identity.
