PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJERIAL

Abstract


Penelitian ini mengungkapkan hubungan sebab akibat dari variabel budaya organisasi
terhadap kinerja manajerial di dalam tatanan organisasi bisnis perdagangan eceran. Enam
variabel yang berhubungan dengan budaya organisasi (orientasi hubungan kemanusiaan, orientasi
persaingan, orientasi pelanggan, orientasi pesaing, koordinasi lintas fungsional dan komitmen
organisasi dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini untuk diestimasi pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja
manajerial. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan model struktural dari LISREL 8.3,
penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan tujuh dari sembilan hipotesis yang diajukan.
Sebanyak dua hipotesis tidak mendapat dukungan dari data, yaitu : pengaruh pengaruh
koordinasi lintas fungsional terhadap kinerja manajerial dan pengaruh komitmen
organisasi terhadap orientasi terhadap pesaing. Analisis lebih lanjut diarahkan kepada
besarnya pengaruh total dari variabel independen kepada variabel dependen, masingmasing
secara berurutan adalah budaya persaingan, budaya hubungan kemanusiaan dan
komitmen organisasi.
