Abstract

Digital literacy skills are a person's ability to use their potential and skills in processing and understanding information when carrying out digital literacy activities. Through digital literacy skills, a person not only gains knowledge but can also use his knowledge and experience to be used as future reference and a means of sharing knowledge. Andragogy is the art of guiding adults to learn. All educators have the potential to do well in digital literacy, but there needs to be an appropriate model. With the andragogic approach, it is hoped that educators' digital literacy skills will increase and their critical thinking skills will also increase so that they can become educators who can identify in detail the parts of the whole, are good at detecting problems, are able to distinguish relevant and irrelevant ideas, and are able to distinguish facts from facts. opinion. In other words, they can think critically in solving the problems they face wisely.
