THE LEVEL OF MOTIVATION FOR ACHIEVEMENT OF MOBILE LEGENDS ESPORTS ATHLETES UKM UNIVERSITAS SURYAKANCANA

Abstract


The purpose of the study is to find out how much the level of motivation for achieving mobile legends esports athletes UKM Universitas Suryakancana. This research method is a quantitative descriptive survey. The samples used were 20 esports athletes from UKM Universitas Suryakancana. The level of motivation for outstanding UKM Esports athletes at Suryakancana University. Of the 20 UKM esports athletes of Universitas Suryakancana who have achievement motivation in the very high category as many as 2 people with a percentage of 10%, athletes who have achievement  motivation in the high category as many as 11 people with a percentage of 55%, and athletes who have achievement motivation in the medium category as many as 7 people with a percentage of 35%, hereby states that there is no achievement motivation of athletes who are in the low category, and very low.. So, it can be concluded that the level of motivation for outstanding esports athletes at UKM Universitas Suryakancana is classified as high. The advice in this study for Suryakancana University esports UKM coaches can maintain and increase athletes' achievement motivation both in terms of intrinsic and extrinsic.
